Intro
It was sunny monday mornin' when I step my feet on the ground. This Monday, 18th August 2008 was a holiday! Well, I planned to take a look around Gading Serpong's traditional market. They have a modern - traditional market, so I heard.

The Destination
So, She (my wife - she wouldn't me drove the car) drove her matrix onto the place...called SINPASA. The name sounds familiar to me - I heard it alot of time when I was a kid. In Medanese Hokkian languange its means 'PASAR BARU' or the 'new market place'. Hmm, what an interesting name.
The Parking Space
Sinpasa's located between Salsa Food City and SMS - Summarecon Mal Serpong. Well the parking space around the SINPASA itself were full. So we decided to park the MATRIX (the car) a bit far from it. But I noticed that people still circling the SINPASA building to find a vacant parking lot, although they saw a vacant one a bit far from the building. Are we that lazy to walk a bit??? I even saw one stupid-egoistics lady who insist to park her car and blocked others way-including mine. But finally she couldn't get the parking space since the guy who parked the car just opened the baggage and put some of it.
The Place
Well, heck with those ego-centric guys or gals! We've parked the car and entered the building. Hmm...quite some place. It reminds me of Pasar Puri. Its clean...or... is it because its relatively new? Lets see the next several months. First thing to do: Find breakfast! Well after take a look around, got several choices: Bakso, Soto Mie...and one place thats really attracts me...BAKMI JAMBI APAW. Its really crowded! The whole place - 2 lots space, was filled with peoples having their breakfast - the noodles! So, this is the place for the breakfast!

The Two Bowl of Noodles
Well, they have two kinds of noodles: mie Jambi - which sized is small and the other, the bigger ones ( the regular ones). Each of it, have two choices of portion: regular and Jumbo Size. Don't have to think twice to choose the regular sized of Mie Jambi (Jambi Noodles) - it's a first try, remember?
Well, the noodles' size is a bit tiny. The broth... ehmm ... .... *slurp - slurp..* ... was just a regular broth. Nothing special. The noodles itself was quite good. It's chewy & crisp...its taste a bit like Bakmi Inti Lampung (I prefered this one). I continued with a second shot (LARGE portion), just to make sure about the taste.
The ingredients that came along within a bowl of the noodle is grilled-red-pork (id: babi panggang merah) and sauté chopped pork. I am a bit dissapointed with the grilled-red-pork, its too dry and makes its too hard to chew. The chopped pork is average. The chilli itself is a great combination of a union-chilli, this one is a saviour.
Conclusion
Though the noodles' taste its just a lil’ bit above the average, I'll put BAKMI JAMBI APAW in my breakfast hot spot list. What about you?
